1) - If you fancy living and running a business on Koh Chang but don't want the considerable hassle of setting the whole thing up then here is an opportunity for you. A small bungalow resort at Pearl Beach is available for rent or purchase. Set down a quiet road and about 200 metres from the sea there are currently 4 separate bungalows with Aircon, DVD etc. and a four room block of rooms. The bar and restaurant has living accommodation behind and upstairs and all fixtures and fittings are included. The property has a fifteen year lease and is run through a fully registered Thai company. The price is around 1.5 Million baht.
2) - A Hotel close to Chai Chet Beach has just become available. It is a recently completed 30 room Hotel in a four storey building with elevator access. There is a large reception area that could double as a bar/restaurant. There is also a conference room, a small gym and a leisure room with a pool table. The owners are looking for offers around 35 Million Baht.
3) - Alternatively you could purchase a Dive Business in White Sand Beach. The business has been established for six years and is ready to run with all equipment, licenses, office, storeroom etc. The price is 2.9 Million Baht.
4) - A Sauna/Spa in Bailan Beach is available for sale. This business has been going for seven years and is listed in the Lonely Planet. It is set in a large landscaped garden and there is plenty of room for expansion. They lease is for a period of twelve years.
5) - One Rai of land in Klong Son is on the market. The title, Sor Kor, isn't the best but this is reflected in the attractive price of 1.5 Million Baht and the land is in a nice location about 1km up the road into the valley.
6) - Another Quarter Rai plot in Klong Son is also on the market. The land has Chanote title deed and is located in a great spot right next to the river. The price is 1.4M Baht and that includes full infrastructure; a paved approach road, water supply, electricity supply and the plot is walled and gated.
6) - A Bar/Restaurant is for sale in Lonely Beach. The price of 650,000 Baht includes all fixtures and fittings. There is a small kitchen and the upstairs level has potential for further development.
