Terms of Sale require a 50,000 baht Reservation Deposit (Non Refunadable) and the signing of a Purchase Agreement within 7 days of reservation, a 500,000 baht initial payment and then 10% of the purchase price every 30 days until occupation when the full outstanding balance will become due.
Occupancy is expected on the Front Row by mid November 2007 and Mid December 2007 for the Back Row.
